Who we are

Further Career ("we", "us") provides career guides, free career tools and the paid Career Diagnosis at furthercareer.com. You can reach us at support@furthercareer.com or through our contact page.

The service

We offer free career guides and tools, and the Career Diagnosis: a paid written report generated from your answers, with optional adviser review or adviser call. The options, what each includes and the prices are listed on our pricing page.

Guidance, not a guarantee

The Career Diagnosis and our advisers give general career guidance based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee any job, promotion, admission, visa or salary outcome. Our service is not legal, financial, immigration or medical advice.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any fees we charge. You place an order by accepting these terms at checkout. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when payment is received, and we email you a confirmation with your order reference.

Delivery

The report is delivered by email as a private link, within one business day of payment. Adviser notes and calls follow the timescales in our delivery policy. Nothing is shipped physically.

Refunds

Every product carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, set out in our refund policy. If we fail to deliver within the stated time, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery.

Adviser calls

Calls take place by video at a time agreed by email. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss a call without notice, we will offer one new time; if that is also missed, the call counts as delivered.

Your information and answers

The report reflects the answers you give. Please answer accurately; we cannot be responsible for guidance based on incorrect information. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Qualifications

We do not issue, sell or arrange degrees, diplomas, transcripts, certificates or letters. Further Career is operated alongside a partner education advisory service; if you choose to contact it about accredited programmes, that is a separate and optional service with its own terms.

Your use of the report

Your report is for your personal use. You may print it and share it with a mentor, adviser or employer, but not resell or publish it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the service is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
