14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any Career Diagnosis product, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, although we're grateful if you do.

How to ask

Reply to your delivery email, or write to support@furthercareer.com with your order reference (it starts with FC-).

Before delivery

You can cancel any order before it is delivered for a full refund. If we don't deliver within the times in our delivery policy, we will refund you in full on request.

Adviser calls

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. A call missed twice without notice counts as delivered, but the money-back guarantee still applies to the rest of your order.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We refund in US dollars; any currency conversion is set by your bank.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first. We answer within one business day and a refund through us is faster than a card dispute.
