Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email and message. When you order the Career Diagnosis: your name, email, country, your answers, any CV or LinkedIn link you choose to send, and a consent record (the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the version of the terms you accepted). Payment details are collected by our payment provider, not by us.

Why we use it

To deliver what you ordered, answer your questions, keep accounting records and respond to payment disputes. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

We do not keep a database of diagnosis answers. Your answers are sealed (encrypted) inside your private report link and included in our order email. Order emails are kept for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (sending email), Google (our team mailbox) and our card payment provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The diagnosis saves your progress in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose it; you can clear it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@furthercareer.com.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy and will change the date below when we do.
