All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charges apply.

Career Diagnosis Report

Delivered by email as a private link within one business day of payment, usually sooner. You can open it in any browser and save it as a PDF.

Diagnosis + Adviser Review

The report within one business day. Your adviser's written notes within three business days of receiving your CV.

Diagnosis + Adviser Call

The report within one business day. Your adviser offers call times within five business days; the call lasts 45 minutes by video, and a written summary follows within two business days.

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at weekends are handled on the next business day.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder for mail from furthercareer.com. If it isn't there, write to support@furthercareer.com with your order reference and we'll resend it the same day.
